 This is an integrated diabetes digital therapeutics program that empowers you through the use of diabetes technology to monitor your blood glucose at home. The glucose data digitally recorded onto a digital health platform via a mobile device App. Care Digital Therapeutics™ (CareDTx™) also provides additional combined monitoring services due to the nature of the co-existence of diabetes mellitus with other clinical conditions (hypertension, hypercholesterolaemia, obesity etc.).
