Integrated Health Data Report (IHDR)
This is a CareDTx™ personal health data report generated by the digital health platform analytics. The report comprehensively analyzes all personal self-measured biodata (blood pressure, glucose, total cholesterol weight etc.) over a given period by a subscribing individuals. A special report for continuous glucose monitoring is also provided to user-patients.

The subscriber's recorded self-measured data is reported to the user as a visual canvas of the level of the respective disease control.
