All registered and subscribing drivers are provided with digital devices to self-measure their blood pressure (BP), glucose (BG), cholesterol and weight (for for drivers on a weight loss program). These devices include

• Blood pressure (BP) monitor.
• Either a glucometer or metabolic monitor.
• Digital scale.

These devices are connected to a single mobile device App which records the biodata onto a digital health platform. Each truck driver's recorded biodata is remotely monitored by a professional team of coaches/ advisors.
