The solutions are classified into a periodic glucose monitoring, and depending on the subscriber's needs and condition, a continuous glucose monitoring solution.
Weight Loss Monitoring Plans
The weight loss program is available to individuals on therapeutic weight loss treatment. The program is also available to the public, for persons wanting to continually monitor their body weight.
In contrast to other weight monitoring services, CareDTx™ provides subscribed users with weight data analytics for insights into personal weight loss journey.
Hypertension Program Plans
High blood pressure program plans are available as short-term rentals (hypertension diagnosis, hypertensive diseases of pregnancy etc.), and long-term high blood pressure monitoring (hypertension management and therapeutic monitoring) plans.
Both these plans provide a digital blood pressure monitoring, lifestyle advisory and BP data analytics reporting.
